Based in Brussels, the Community Help Service CHS runs a volunteer crisis & info helpline - anonymous, confidential, 24/7, in English. We provide a listening ear, and can provide contacts for other services and groups that may be of help. Call 02-6484014.

We also have a mental health centre with professional psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists offering confidential support and professional services to the English-speaking community.

I felt that Dr D bullied me because I questioned the value of medicating this child, in his opinion I was a bad parent for not doing so. We had done so before without benefit, he told me that was because they were under medicated all children with ADHD needed mediating in his opinion . Im a qualified children nurse I understand the value of correct medications I disagreed in this case. However the child was willing to try they were teenage and I felt had a say Dr D then medicated them with increasing doses of stimulants to the point of side effects.
