Conscious and balanced living & working with mindfulness.

The Brussels Mindfulness Institute offers high-quality mindfulness-based education to the international community in Brussels.

It has been created by 3 professionals of 3 different nationalities who have been working with mindfulness in the international community for years.

Through offering mindfulness skills we want to contribute to better mental health and wellbeing as well as to better personal, political and economic decision-making.

We offer courses at our venue near Montgomery, as well as in-house courses at the workplace and at schools.

We are open to partnering with like-minded individuals, institutes and research organisations to further integrate mindfulness in society
