Geschiedenis

A professional since 1997, Bertrand Ravoux is an experienced equitation instructor in jumping, eventing, and dressage.

After being initiated to the Baucher method by Patrice Franchet d’Espèrey, Ecuyer of the Cadre Noir of Saumur and manager of the documentation centre of the National School for Horse-Riding, Bertrand naturally turned towards the French equitation tradition, famous for its “légèreté” (“lightness”). With Philippe Karl, founder of "Ecole de Légèreté", he perfected his skills and became a Master Instructor of the School of Légèreté.

Bertrand Ravoux Equitation is committed to riders who wish to know more about, and develop themselves, in classical horse-riding that is respectful to the horse. Through the School of Légèreté, BRE instructs professionals seeking to become licensed riding teachers in the School.

Bertrand Ravoux Equitation also provides clinics, lessons and comprehensive training for every rider, amateur or professional, who wants to fully develop their and their horse's potential in lightness and respect.
