Geschiedenis

At bepilates we work with you individually or in small groups to bring you all the benefits of pilates. Combining mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels we have all the equipment to provide a stimulating workout week after week.
Our other services include a range of Yoga classes for kids and adults. Through our partners we provide a number of Wellbeing activities including Osteopathy, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Bioresonance, Massage, Voice Coaching and Health and Wellbeing Seminars.
