Geschiedenis

In addition to the national competition and the cup matches, the FBRB also organises the international matches for the National XV, U20, U19, U18, U17 and the Women's XV.
The competition consists in Senior, Junior (U19), Cadet (U17), Women's and a 7-a-side circuit.
The Seniors' competition is divided into 3 national divisions (FBRB) and 2 regional divisions (LBFR & VRB).
Internationally, Belgium plays in the Rugby Europe championship in group 1B (2014-2016).
The 7's take part in Rugby Europe circuit and international tournaments.
Cofounder of the Rugby Europe (Fédération Internationale Rugby Amateur - Association Européenne de Rugby) and affiliated with the IRB (International Rugby Board), the FRBR is an effective member of these governing bodies.


Outre la compétition nationale et les matches de coupe, la FBRB gère l'organisation des matches internationaux où sont engagées les équipes seniors, espoirs, U20, U19, U18, U17 et féminines.
La compétition nationale comprend des équipes de seniors, de juniors (U19), de cadets (U17), des féminines et un circuit de rugby à sept.
La compétition des Seniors est répartie en 3 divisions nationales (FBRB) et 2 divisions régionales (LBFR & VRB).
La Belgique paraît sur la scène internationale via sa participation au championnat Rugby Europe groupe 1B (2014-2016).
L'équipe nationale à VII participe au Circuit Européen et à des tournois internationaux.
Cofondatrice de la Rugby Europe (Fédération Internationale Rugby Amateur - Association Européenne de Rugby) et affiliée à l'IRB (International Rugby Board), la FBRB est membre effectif de ces deux institutions.


Naast de nationale competitie en de bekerwedstrijden organiseert de FBRB ook de interlands voor Senioren, Beloften, U20, U19, U18, U17 en Dames.
De nationale competitie bevat Senioren, Junioren (U19), Cadetten (U17), Dames en een 7-a-side circuit.
De Senioren competitie wordt ondergebracht in 3 nationale reeksen (FBRB) en 2 regionale reeksen (LBFR & VRB).
België komt internationaal uit in het Rugby Europe kampioenschap groep 1B (2014-2016).
Het VII team speelt nog in een Europees Circuit en in internationale tornooien.
Medeoprichtster van de Rugby Europe (Fédération Internationale Rugby Amateur - Association Européenne de Rugby) en aangesloten bij de IRB (International Rugby Board), de FBRB is effectief lid bij deze twee instellingen.
