Situated in a residential district, called "Het Miljoenenkwartier" (the district of the millionaires), south of the centre of Ghent, your hosts will offer you an outstanding operation base for a visit to the historical center of the city of Ghent, while you stay for the night in the neighbourhood of the tranquillity of a city park.

The guest rooms are close to the famous SMAK (the Municipal Museum of Contemporary Art), MSK Gent (the museum of Fine Arts), ICC Gent (International congres Center), different university campuses including the UZ Gent (the University Hospital of Ghent), all within walking distance and Flanders Expo.
