AUB∙SVP is a sustainable food company in the city center of Brussels. You can visit one of our events or book our restaurant/cafe for a group of minimum 10 people. At AUB.SVP, we constantly look into responsible, sustainable food options. We experiment with seasonal, local and organic produce and by-catch. Food surpluses are creatively incorporated and we respond to the increasing demand for vegetarian/vegan meals. Moreover, we want to raise awareness around waste.
