It is a haven reserved solely for adults and combines quality of service, expertise, and luxury training facilities with carefully selected state-of-the-art equipment.

Even if Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise is a haven reserved solely for adults, being a member of Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise allows you to benefit from the other facilities at other Aspria clubs in Brussels. They'll provide you with individual support and personalised advice, tailored just for you. Our personal trainers will create a bespoke training programme and supervise your workouts to help motivate and challenge you so that you can reach your full potential. You'll also benefit from their expert knowledge, as they can advise you on nutrition and health problems and inform you about the latest developments in wellbeing research. Individual training for triathlons and multidisciplinary sports is also possible.
