My Vision:
Coaching is a powerful way to assist people in living more fully and I want to spread the word about its positive impact on individuals and its contribution to creating a better world.

My Mission:
I am committed to coaching women like myself: over 40, open minded, searching for a meaning with life, faced with challenges: health, work and/or relationships. And my purpose is to improve the lives of thousands of women.

My Intention:
I will increase your awareness and help you clarify your goals and encourage you to take action so you can reach your full potential and live a happier life.

After spending more than 20 years in business working I decided to do something really worthwhile and I started my coaching journey to contribute to making this a better world by bringing more joy into the lives of women.
